Diario de eightpac, 28 jul. 16

My muscles are sore from exercise and the best thing I have done for myself is to get a PT. My form is shocking and the PT has probably stopped me from hurting myself. So for next 8 weeks PT 5 days a week.

The weight loss is good but this is only first week I reckon weight loss will be back to normal or non-existant by about this time next week so I need to ensure I escape the plateau. I also need to eat the right foods to enable me to be alert and recover from exercise.

I have made a few changes in terms of food tasting good. My Motto is that if it tastes bad I am not interested and I am not willing to buy pre-made food as I now want to focus on sustainability. Therefore I am investing time in learning how to quickly prepare dishes that will leave me full but have a 1/4 of the calories. I will keep everything updated here on FS.

Hey buddy, wow you are very logical & very determined. I admire you! 😃 My only suggestion is to think about your macros, if u didnt already. You know, the ratio of carbs: protein: fat that ur eating. The secret of my success (so far) was to increase the protein in my diet...

My research taught me that 35% carbs 35% protein 30% fat would be effective for me. And that means: eggwhites at brekky, lean chicken/beef for lunch, and 0 carbs at dinner (no rice, pasta etc)😭 Anyway, maybe this approach will work 4 u? Have a great day...😃 Micky
