I have been struggling for over a month now and have concluded my issue was with cheese so I have tried to eliminate it. I'm only eating 4 oz at a time and hope that helps with my weight problem going up. [/color]

You have done fabulously with your weight loss! Congratulations! I'm 71 and it's taken me 2 years to lose about 45 lbs. I too have had to make adjustments as I find my problem foods. Good luck. :-)
