Diario de gofitmom, 18 dic. 11

Last night was controled by emotion rather than brains. I was upset and I had half a calzone and a rum and coke (not even with diet soda). HOWEVER, exercising this morning while home alone with just the baby sleeping, brought clarity and motivation for a new begining AS WELL AS my happiness of a loss of two pounds!
DAY 4 starting out a success!
91,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 23,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Perdiendo 9,5 kg a la Semana

Comentarios 
I love calzones - I make whole wheat crust, use low fat 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/3 cup low fat mozzarella cheese, spinach, turkey pepperoni. Much lower calorie than the pizza places. You might be able to fit these in your meal plan!
