I had to take a laxative today. My stomach felt like a bloated rock. I feel a lot better now! I need to find out what has the most fiber in it so I don't feel this way again.

I find when I get this feeling I can take the brand NATURES Secret multi herb and a multi fiber and I am going good by the next day with no ill side effects. I found these at my health food vitamin store.

If not, you may want to start taking magnesium as part of your daily supplements so yu don't have this issue.
