I started the c25k yesterday, and it was much, much more difficult than I had thought it would be. I was walking on a very long wooden bridge for the 5 minute warmup, and just when he said Run!, I rounded a corner and hit a steep hill - nowhere to go but up! I didn't recover from that challenge by the end of the session - I'm not entirely sure I've recovered from it the next day. Oh well, live an learn - next time, I'll avoid that bridge!

After I've been on this diet for a week, I'm going to start weighing myself less often so I don't get discouraged.
69,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
