I started weught watchers last thursday and tracking what i eat is so easy with points plus. May 2010 i lost 35 lbs prwtty easily. Then it stopped comimg off. I started excersicing jan. 2011 and have stuck with it and lost 15 lbs. Ive been plateaued since march and have gad a tiugh time amping up my workouts. My weight fluctuated by 6 lbs. Finally ive dropped a few pounds lately. I hope it continues to drop from here. But now that i am tracking everything i eat im noticibg maybe i wasnt sticking to my diet very well. Wish me luck to concore the next 64 lbs!!
