ok so i only lost one pound even after following my diet very well this week- but i did get my period and compensate with smart ones desserts and i haven't been exercising sooo i will continue to eat the way i am and keep track of everything and i will add exercise. i like the going for a walk after lunch at work thing, i like the swimming again thing (hopefully after work if their are no we3ird men in there) and i can def walk its not THAT cold outside. i'm still wary of going to the gym for some reason?
