Placeholder weight. Safely in Vernon. No scale of any kind but all food is known. I've alotted one meal out per day. I'll likely lift this afternoon. Routine is important to me. There's a scale at the gym, but it's in the main area. I doubt if they'd appreciate me striping naked to weigh myself. Have a great day everyone.
