been a long 2 weeks, my father in law passed last Monday, then find out my kidneys aren't functioning as well as they should putting me at a stage 3 diagnosis.. but other than watching my sodium, and more water intake, not much we can do but try to maintain it where it is, or hopefully reverse it by meds change and tweeks in diet , weight still on track !!

I think so.. blood work showed bad a few yrs ago, good the past 2, now bad this time, dropped a med, have to drink 1/2 gallon of water a day, in addition to other fluids, watch sodium intake (limit to 1500-1800 mg/day) not as much protein, and recheck blood work in about 6 weeks. Hopefully all will be better I'm terrible about drinking enough water a day. So bought me a 1/2 gallon water bottle so we'll see in 6 wks, thanks for the support!!

I am so sorry to hear about your FIL.. My prayers for the family. I also hope the Kidney thing gets worked out that can be rough... And you are still doing great...

There is a natural product called RENALIX that is amazing for kidneys. My aged mother was almost in need of dialysis and this tonic put her kidneys back in healthy senior working order. GOOD LUCK to you! I am sorry about your father in laws passing. I care for mine twice a day and its difficult to watch them age. Take care of yourself.
