You've done Atkins previously, so, of course, you can lose the weight! However, many people find that what worked the first or second time around, needs to be tweaked to make it work on a subsequent try. Sometimes, even foods that we could handle the first time around can cause us problems the 2nd time around. You're relatively close to your goal, so your loss may be slower. Drop the Atkins bars, as they contain sugar alcohols that can stall some people. Beyond that, go back and review Induction rules and foods, as if you're reading everything for the first time. Compare it to your own recent foods and I think you'll find a few areas you could tweak for success. Set yourself up for a clean 2-week period on Induction with whole, fresh foods (no exceptions) and I'll bet you'll see the pounds begin to drop again. Good luck!
