Diario de Motivated, 09 oct. 07

Day 35 of 2nd 6 wks, 138.8, 37% body fat, 43.3% tbw, visc fat 7/0, musc mass 83/2, 4.4lb bone mass, 1985/50, keto tr, 45 min level 6 ellipticle.

breakfast atkins bar, lunch chicken w marsala sauce, broccoli, iced tea, dinner chicken special-mushrooms, one glass chardonnay.

I need to decide whether I want to keep losing after I hit 135. I am only 5'3 and 1/2 so I could be fine at 125 or so. Frankly, I'm not sure how I would change my eating if I were to 'stop trying to lose'. Wine more often? Bread once and a while? Fruit? (this is the most likely) BAck off on exersize? Perhaps I will shoot for 130lb, then see what happens. It certainly is a fun dilemma to have--I am very grateful to have had the continued motivation as I enter my 12th week on this diet. Thank you everyone as we go through this together!

ur doin' so good, at your height, you could lose more if you wanted to ... it would be up to you. maybe i need to use your menus, lol... keep it up girl .. you're almost there!
