Diario de Toni Bourlon, 08 feb. 16

Well this is Day One of the Stop & Drop diet; nothing fancy about it except that calories are lower, about 1200 daily. I've been averaging 1500, and the weight loss seems to have stopped. In fact, if I were honest I'd admit that I gained back a bit from the 145.25 that I recorded a couple of weeks ago:) *blush* but let's not go there. Right now my biggest challenge will actually be tracking my food intake over the weekend - we tend to eat out a lot and this weekend was AWFUL! Mexican food on Saturday, then pancakes for breakfast Sunday AND Chinese for lunch, plus a movie with popcorn. No, I didn't watch the Superbowl, but I've still got the weekend food OD working:( Oh well, it's Monday and I've got a plan, now I just need to follow through.
