Tonight is movie night! & Instead of the usual junk food & pizza, we're going to have fruit and veggie trays. I'll probably have a glass of wine, and some fruit, but I'm bound and determined to be good.

Ugh, I thought it'd left for good, only it made an encore appearence last night. It only happens in the middle of the night, which means I keep losing sleep. =/ Nothing works, either. I think it's time to make a Dr's appt...
