Well, I'm hanging in there and only gained a little and am not on induction, and have not been too strict with myself. I went to a Veterans' Dinner tonight at a club - all free - and it was excellent. I suppose I can have these foods during the holidays if I'm going to go to these parties. Next week there will be maybe four more dinners. I could have had TWO plates filled with food tonight and did not - but I couldn't resist an extra piece of pie, but at least I didn't have TOO much! Oh, well... anyway, at least I feel OK about overindulging. After the four dinners there's a pizza party in my building New Year's Eve that is also free, so I figure - why not? If I can get by without gaining too much I'll be happy. I think after that I'll start induction. I really don't have TOO MUCH too lose after all as I'm 6'2" tall and get told I look thin already, but I know I need to be careful at these festivities... Glenn :)
