Diario de northernmusician, 01 ene. 16

Well, pretty much stable for the last 3 weeks. I'd call that a successful holiday season. Had some 'treats' (that general made me feel kind of gross - why do I do that) and enjoyed the big meals with mostly good choices. Current goal is 180 be end of February or so, though I'm not going to rush it. Actually, if I can peel back a pound a week, that would be fine by me. Even a half pound.
