Diario de Ashley Fletcher, 28 sep. 11

I gained almost a pound from this stupid flu :( I have only eaten once a day for the past two days. Today will be the third day. I just have no appetite or any strength to work out. I hate being sick :(

Aww feel better soon... Maybe this helps against gaining too much: In the morning, slice oranges in 4 parts and just suck out the juice if you can't be bothered to make fresh orange juice. You'll have some carbs and vitamin C to turn on the fatburning engine in the morning. It's a waste to starve yourself and still gain weight.

Thank you! I started feeling better for a day, and then it hit like a ton of bricks again! I'm not sure if it's just the flu or if there is something else going around, but I have just been feeling so terrible. My husband and I ran into some money fraud and had to eat off the dollar menu (blech) and that just made it worse, but he told me that I should have at least something solid in me. We got everything figured out and were able to go grocery shopping for healthier stuff! Now, if only I could 1. get my appetite back and 2. keep the food down! LOL. It's a crazy cycle. I forgot all about oranges tho, I am going to go buy some now!

Oh but when you're sick orange juice may not be the best thing on your stomach... indeed better to have something solid but not too heavy like whole wheat crackers and tea with maybe honey if you keep it down. Maybe leave the diet alone until you feel better. Poor you. Hang in there!
