As I get to one goal I lower it to the next 5 pound increment. That's how I lost 70 lbs. it might go up again but I don't worry as I know it will be under 170 eventually 

My ultimate goal is 150 but I will be thrilled at 160. Now I'm only 10 lbs from there. I am in size 6 pants and small tops. I now wear size 5 or 6 underwear and 34DD bras. I am giving this info to let people know it's possible even at 75 to do this. Last year in March 2014 I was wearing 16-18 clothing and underwear appropriate to that size.
