Walked 3.1 miles this morning, earlier than usual and it was already an 8 on the UGH Index!
Switched up foods yesterday due to running late for church and not doing up any chicken - grilled steaks instead.
Looking forward to getting back to salads this week, as the spaghetti squash and strawberry smoothies from last week didn't really allow me carb room. Still will have the smoothies this week, as I got some more strawberries from the store.
Can't wait to change diet phase to Pre-M when I hit 150.

Sandy - Only 7 more pounds to that mini goal! You must be getting really excited. What - No Dizzy Chicken on the menu? I like that name too! DH and I sometimes make "Drunk Chicken" on our grill, but I digress - leftover grilled steak makes a perfect salad. You always have such interesting meal ideas.

No Buffy....no Dizzy Chicken for today! Gotta finish, or nearly finish up the rabbit I baked a few days ago. DH doesn't like it, so it makes up several days meals for me if I'm the only one eating it. I like rabbit...but I really want that steak!! Have a good Tuesday.

Well GG, I don't really have plans for Pre-M yet because it's probably a good 2+ months away, the way I'm going. But seriously, I don't expect much of a change, except to change my phase indicator. I'll probably do Pre-M the way it's "supposed" to be done after I hit goal.

Sandy, it is good to see how well you are doing. It is easy to get ahead of myself and look forward to pre-maintenance and maintenance too soon. You have set a good example of getting in the groove and working the program!

F8thful, you're just 21 pounds away from goal, so it's not at all too early to start looking ahead. But you're right that we can't get ahead of ourselves - gotta concentrate on the tasks at hand, today. Hope your Wednesday is less stormy than mine is turning out to be!
