Well, I guess I should start writing in this thing to keep up with my progress! I actually started out at 211 pounds after a particularily stressful job change and total lapse in my eating habits. I am now working on getting at least 30 minutes of cardio in at least 5 days a week and eating with my health in mind (less fast food, less fats, more complex carbs and fiber. Doing well so far!
