Well it's been a week of getting used to the new job and new strange working hours of 9am to 2pm so my entire life has been turned upside down hence no weight loss! I have to admit though, I didn't follow the diet at all last week but I am glad to say I kept up with the excercise and didn't gain any weight!

I got my new BEAN on Saturday and ladies... if you don't have one, get yourselves one! It works like a bloody charm! I love it! It doesn't feel like you are working out... except afterward when you finish the workouts, you can sure feel that it is working on your muscles! What a brilliant invention! Even my 6 y.o. stepson is loving the new "toy" Chants and Daddy have got and he's using it as a boat come playstation chair - bless his little heart!

Remember ladies... baby steps!
