I like food and I like to eat! This is a reasonable plan, and it's an easy way to keep track of the calories that you eat. Just eat 3 or 4, 400 calorie meals each day. I am staying full between meals, and eating just enough so that I am not starving. I like it! There are so many recipes that are in the 400 to 500 range! I had no idea!!!
