I went back to the weight loss clinic today to get a refill. According to their scale, I've lossed 7 1/2 pounds in the last month. I hope I can keep it up. I can defiantly tell that the phentermine is losing some of it's effect. I'm going to start cutting it in half and taking it in the morning and afternoon to see if that helps with the evening cravings.
