Diario de tallb, 19 sep. 11

Well I've been lifting and eating the right foods in the right amounts and I'm starting to see some results. I think about a pound of it was from poor foods from going to a fair and some pizza that I had, but the rest should be substantially lean mass. I can already start seeing a difference in my chest and arms, and my back has definitely improved. I was hoping to see more in my shoulders, but its okay, I will just work them a bit harder.

This is now officially two weeks into my bulking cycle. I will push and see how the next two go to see if I will continue on with it. It isn't my favorite routine as I'm not working out a lot, and I feel like I'm just constantly eating. Whenever I finish with this phase, I've been thinking I want to do P-90x. I know the holidays are right around the corner though, and I would be wise to wait until afterwards to do something that requires that kind of devotion.
