I use ground flax seed and it's a good addition for lots of things, you can easily add it to baking, smoothies, oatmeal, meatloaf, whatever. This is a hard journey and I hope you find a program that works for you. I'm a calorie counter also and just try to eat fruits and veggies for snacks instead of junk and find filling options for meals. You can do this!!
