I'm hoping to get a grip on my type two diabetes and to eat the proper foods. I'm very new to this along with carb counting, calorie counting. I'm a over eater due to my depression. I have not binged eat since April. Has anyone tried ground flax seed? I heard its supposed to keep you full. I have issues keeping my body full. Need ideas for meal plans. Thank You.

I use ground flax seed and it's a good addition for lots of things, you can easily add it to baking, smoothies, oatmeal, meatloaf, whatever. This is a hard journey and I hope you find a program that works for you. I'm a calorie counter also and just try to eat fruits and veggies for snacks instead of junk and find filling options for meals. You can do this!!
