So this week we had company, celebrated a birthday, went out to dinner 3 times and went to one party. Not the ideal diet week. Having said that I got out for a run three times and didn't do too badly. Monday morning brings about two pounds up but I still have a net loss from my restart. Need to get some stretching and weights going.
