Holy water weight batman. If only it were this easy to lose weight. I KNOW this is all water loss. Amazing how cutting out carbs, cutting down on salt and drinking lots of water could do this in a couple of days. I know it won't last and it will be hard to lose all 30 more! Anyway, it gets me a little closer to the goal and well, 4.6 pounds is 4.6 pounds....I am MOTIVATED to STICK TO IT!
