Tonight the scale of doom lied. How can this device be so mean I weighed 165 yesterday all I ate was my protein shake and some sushi feeling the waters of depression come in I ate a peanut butter sandwich in disgust oh how I hate this scale tomorrow will be a new day besides its 16 days till my birthday and I desperately need to slim down 10lbs
78,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Keep at it. There will be ups and down. The body is an incredible mystery at times. Whether the scale lies or not (mine has, a lot lol) keep at it. The body tends to gain a bit sometimes just before melting the excess fat away in a super short time.

I used to be so afraid of food and hate myself and get depressed too. I read your profile and you can do this. I used to be anorexic, bulimic, ocd workouts and was going crazy until I learned to relate to food as fuel...it's not easy, I know. Your Birthday is coming, celebrate life and love yourself. We are here for you!

Unless you have a lot of water weight you won't be able to lose 10lbs in 16 days in a healthy way. You are not obese anymore, weight loss is slower. The scale shouldn't dictate how you feel. You should just work on being fit and healthy. The right will make you feel good and not gain weight. I feel great after eating a veggie or a fruit salad, I can feel the vitamins nourishing my body. Eat that on an empty stomach and you will see what I am talking about.
