I am getting back on track I swam 50 laps yesterday and I will do yoga today before work, I have been logging my food. But I may have pushed myself too hard yesterday as I did not get much sleep and then walked the dog for 45 minutes and then swam for 50 minutes then went shopping and cleaned the house. I got a terrible headache one like I have never had before on the other side of my head. I was out for the rest of the night and I had to get back up and eat a big meal in the middle of the night. Today is a new day though and I am feeling alright, a little residual headache but maybe yoga will help it.
