The weight is gradually coming off, though not as fast as i would want. It get's frustrating when sll the right thing is being done but the weight will not come off.
I don't want to go on a restrictive diet where certain food items are forbidden. I want to be able to eat whatever i want as long as it is within my caloric intake for the day. That however does not mean i won't eat healthy, i will! I just to have rice or chocolate when i want to .
Frustration is setting in and i pray i get it out of my system soon.
