Went on a 13 mile hike with my sons and their boy scout troop yesterday - was a lot of fun - some of the boys struggled at the end and their faces when they finished - seeing the accomplishment in their expressions - it was inspirational!
Did really well on food this weekend - Day 3 of challenge still on. Goal today - pick up sweater I was trying to finish.
