Feeling good. Stopped late night meals. Replaced with fruit and veggies , restricting Thai lattes for more water. Still haven't hit the gym hard since I'm recovering from excessive workout fatigue , bulimia still occasionally happening with trigger foods like cereal oatmeal breads peanut butter preservatives pancakes we'll mostly bread products . Protein increased to 40 and no weight gain 😍
