I'm glad you're feeling better. You should probably wait until you are back at 100% to exercise again.

Yeah, I know, but, but, but.... Check the photo I just added. I just got this complete and want to use it. :'( For the last two years I've been living without stands for my weights and using wooden racks for safety. I WANT TO USE IT!!!

That's a really nice setup. Your old one wasn't shabby either. Have fun with it.

You can do your workout but it will take you longer to get over your cold that way, your body needs to rest. Men and their toys... ;-) it looks nice by the way.

Yeah, well. You know we're pretty simple creatures, Snow.

Roarrrrrr! Love the new set-up! I assume you took down the wooden one...and I love that you have a rowing machine, too. I use one at my gym and it is a real full body workout done correctly.

At the risk of being a bad influence, I kind of like to sweat out a cold... but I may have become a bit of a masochist over the past few months. You have a sweet setup! :)

I'd say lift light. That way you get to play with your new toys without stressing your body, and it'll be fun, which will boost your healing anyway!

I like the idea of working up a sweat. Upper chest is really coming along. Thinking some very light work on the rowing machine might clear it even more. Still debating.

Nice setup you have there. Sure beets going to the gym every day. On the "cold", if you haven't looked into taking any supplements yet, look up wellness formula from source naturals. It's all natural, hence the company name, and has no chemicals at all in it. Helps your immune system and aids the body in overcoming most cold type of issues. Hope that helps and as far as lifting goes, just listen to your body. It'll tell you if you need to hold off or, go ahead and try lifting with a cold.

Yes, I think a bit of activity does help clear your chest, gets those lungs working a bit, just don't overdo it. Also a steamy shower after can help. Make sure you stay warm, though!
