Diario de rosemary28697, 13 nov. 09

Had leftovers for breakfast, which was some hamburger meat with some cooked peppers and mushrooms except that for breakfast I stirred in 2 eggs. Felt like I was starving all day yesterday but that was just my mind, I know it was. Today is better and the excruciating headache is gone today. Tried on of Atkins Sweet and Salty Peanut Advantage Bars, it was wonderful. Tried the Peanut Butter today so if there is anyone who wants to trade one for the other let me know. For lunch today I had some cooked cabbage with a few pieces of Kielbasa in it. Was amazing but heck, I ate that before Atkins. Good news is that I was at 177.8 yesterday morning, this morning was 176. I know in the beginning it is a lot of water weight but it is still weight and as long as it is coming off I don't care. Question though, why is it that before I started a diet I seldom even gave food a thought. Shoot, I did good to eat 3 meals a day and hardly ever snacked and now food is all I think about...lol. I think that is kinda messed up if you ask me. Anyway, hope everyone had a wonderfully successful day.

Your breakfast and lunch sounds so good!!! I wish you used the diet calendar so I could see how many calories. :)
