Hope you feel better soon 

Maybe you are not used to eating that stuff anymore? 

I hope you get well! I'm still plugging along trying but slipping a little every so often. Not on diet but just eating what have here or can afford lol.  

Get well soon! To be honest, I magically get sick everutime I eat fast food (healthy choices or not). Almost immediately after eating I get a sore throat and begin to ache......My body finally started to accept what's healthy and what's not. Haha! 

Oh no not food related, at the chicken and ice cream because... comfort food for being sick lol. Something going around, overall body feels better now, head is still foggy and my ears are retaining fluid... throat doesn't hurt so much but I can't tell if that's because it went away or because my head feels numb when I don't have a headache or fever which makes my teeth hurt. I hate flus. I get one every summer and every Christmas like clockwork. I don't get really sick very often, but when I do get sick it's debilitating. Stalkingbear, I feel you. I basically live off of eggs and chicken with frozen bell peppers lately because we're down to like $50 every two weeks after bills. 

I HATE being sick like that! I feel for you! hang in there! It has to get better!
