I am totally surprised with this 2 pound loss. I went back to work this week and wasn't following things to the tee. School provided us lunch on a few occassions and we all know what that means---fast and usually unhealthy. Did the best I could though and obviously made some good choices.

86,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 9,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
