🥳🥳🥳 time to set another goal-60kg! i decided to change the goal weight gradually to be more motivated by achieving the interim milestones, and I think this works! i dream to see 55kg on my scale, but i’m not sure that i’ll like the physical form in that weight. i’m going to gym 3 times per week and definitely don’t want to loose my muscles 💪🏻. will see!
