9st 2lb (SS at WW) I've been off work this week but luckily the weather has been ok so I've done some walks and an epic bike ride (by my standards anyway!) yesterday with a walk and lunch thrown in too for good measure! Wed I saw Les Mis in London and it was utterly fabulous! Had a pizza & pud for lunch before matinee (skinny friend couldn't eat all hers of either course, what a (literal!) lightweight!!), felt stuffed and a bit guilty but thought WTH it's a treat day and *almost* my birthday! But then stayed full so long that I didn't need any dinner so it all worked out ok in the end! Might not be so lucky next Sat tho when it's been my *actual* birthday Monday and I have a meal out Mon, Tues and Fri at least! I'm going to mitigate the work cakes scenario at least by taking in chocolate cakes, which don't interest me at all :-)
