The bank holiday weekend was also the weekend of both my fiance and his brother-in-law's birthday's! I had the awesome pleasure (not!) of making the chocolate birthday cake but I'm pleased to say that I resisted and did not have any... I did lick the spoon tho!!! Naughty naughty! I wouldn't say I cheated, I rewarded myself with a homemade burger done on the bbq wrapped in a lettuce leaf and it was just divine!!!! The looks I got from the party-goers was quite comical!

I'm doing really well on this diet and loving all the fresh fruit and veg that we are eating at home! I've even got my 6 year old stepson reminding me not to cheat "Because one day Chants is going to be thin!" hehehehe it is very cute! I got an enormous bunch of the most gorgeous flowers from my fiance over the weekend because of the hard work I've put into this diet and the support I am getting from him is keeping me focused!

My clothes are starting to get rather baggy but everyday I can see the difference and it makes me even more determined to reach my goal!

Great job!! It feels so great when your clothes start to get baggy. You are doing awesome..it really helps when your spouse is supportive. It gives you that extra boost!! Keep it up!!

75kg was my mini goal, my main goal is 65kg's which is only 11kg's away and I know I can do it! Go me go!!!! hehehe!
