Day 34, Keto small, 146.6, Body Fat 39.8%, 41.6% TBW, Visc Fat 8, Musc 83.8/2,Bone Mass 4.4lb, 2022/50, no exercise--car shopping all day.

Breakfast atkins choc chip bar, coffee w half and half, lunch/dinner fajita salad w chicken, beef, cheese, sour cream, avacado, tomatoes, lettuce, ranch dresssing, iced tea; snack diet coke.

Kitties eat from my lap but still won't stay in my arms.

Diet definitley a habit. Wanted margarita when in mexican restaurant last night but once received iced tea I was fine. Only 8 days to go for my goal of 6 weeks. Reading a lot these days about viruses increasing the number of fat cells. I had forgotten that once you have these cells, you always have them. This means that my weight, regardless of how thin I get or how my muscle mass increases, I will always need to hold overweight at bay. This is disappointing. I always thought that if I got to a certain weight, I would not need to pay so much attention to it. That was true when I was younger but I now don't believe that will be the case.

All that said, I can develop a way of eating that will allow me to maintain. No, I am not like thin people who don't need to deal with this. But I am also healthy and am very grateful for that. So, I won't complain.
