Today is the first day that I am going to get seriously back on track. I am up 5 pounds from where I feel comfortable and 8 pounds from where I feel absolutely fabulous. I can't seem to shake the I can eat whatever I want mentality. But today is different. I will be able to do so. So, lots of veggies, fruit and healthy, yet yummy eating. It is going to be a hot weekend (90s) so lots of ice water too. I have added incentive too, I have a health issue that is exasperated when I don't eat really healthy foods. So.... here goes. My goal is to lose the first 5 pounds in the next 3 weeks. I will do so with regular exercise, lots of water and healthy eating. Best of luck to all of you too with your weight loss goals.
