Diet is one thing. It's the random fluctuations while you're waiting for results that drives you nuts.

I know!! In the past I could weigh every 3-4 days and get good results. But I was only working out 2-3 days then. This time around, after 3 kids, I'm working out 5x a week (Mon, Wed and Fri is an hour each and Tues and Thurs are 30 mins each) And I have found that if I weigh the day after working out for an hour, the scale is not nice to me lol. I know it's water weight and your own weight can fluctuate up to 5lbs a DAY. Very frustrating! 5 days ago I was 148.4, yesterday I was 150.2 and today I'm 149.6. I am not recording my weight until tomorrow because I worked out 4 days in a row with Friday and Saturday being VERY hard core burning well over 400 calories each day. And I'm still quite sore lol. I was told that when you're sore, it's your muscles storing water to heal, which can add on weight. I found that if I want to weight in, I cannot work out 1-2 days prior, which means I can't ALWAYS work out 5x a week. I have to give it a rest every couple weeks if I want to see the numbers go down. I'm hoping that by not working out yesterday and today, my results will look nice tomorrow. I do like how my body is starting to look, due to the exercise. It's getting more and more toned, which was NEEDED after 3 c-sections lol. And my arms...UGH. Gotta get rid of this flab! I'm hoping to look and feel good in a bikini very soon.
