I switching back to my own diet. Which may or may not be a good thing. but i'm gonna give it a try. I'm gonna add more protein. I'm gonna be more active. Wii & walking, everyday at least ten minutes but goal is an hour a day. Variety in each meal. Variety each week. Lots of fruits and veggies. Wheat not white. Sugar-free jello. Keep in mind my motivations.
