9st 3lb (1 on at WW) Suffering a bit from Post Event Slump and have been overeating a bit so I'm quite staggered to have lost this week - although I won't trust it as a winning technique to repeat next week with any hope of success lol! I haven't been walking as I'm trying to give my knees a break, so I've only been swimming and cycling as they're not weight bearing, so that was another reason I wasn't expecting to lose this week. in fact it was probably because I wasn't walking I was sitting around more and more tempted by boredom snacking. I posted a request for encouragement on my local WW leader's message board, and just the act of doing that made me start to make some better choices, knowing she'd be looking extra closely at the scales Tuesday!
