Needed a big win for motivation. Have 123 hours of fasting in the last 7 days and OMAD on most of those days. From losing 17kg's last time, I know fasting and calorie restriction works for me. I need to get to a better place before I start worrying about macros and this was the best part of my cycle to do this in. I will continue until closer to the end of my cycle and return to a more steady pace. Feeling amazing!
