Not bad after the Xmas Season. Not back to work fully, just yet so that should help as I’m a plumber, so very active in the daytime. Plus I coach football ⚽️ so that helps burn off a few too! The infused water and chewing gum have helped! Here’s to achieving my goal (and yours guys!) in 2024! 😃
