Well this is a wake up call. I am further than my goal weight than I have been in months. I intend to work on this ASAP. I did some standing exercises last night after supper. Hubs was watching Star Trek. He fell asleep and stayed on the couch yet again. I'm used to it at this point. It happens usually 2-3 times a week. Doubly annoying when our time together is in jeopardy with the looming driving job. I tell him he squanders our time but oh well.
