these little drops r happening a lot faster than I expected.. of course, I have been putting in a little (very little) workout most mornings of the week, which isn't something I was doing previously. I wonder how long this trend will last.. not that I'm complaining.

Slow and steady wins the race. The slower it comes off, the longer it stays off, it seems, at least that's how it's been in my experience. You're doing great!

Thanks 😊 I've been feeling off lately, achy in places that I haven't been before.. 🤔 n I'm trying to decide if it's the workouts or just my age starting to show, lol 😅😬
