lol we all need to be humbled every now and again. Dare I say that maybe the reason you are having a tough time is you are most likely near a weight where your body is nice and comfy, your own plans be damned?

I recently changed my routine from no food before 11 to breakfast before work. I think I'll go back to 11 since they don't mind if we have a snack at work. That sends me back where I was. Yesterday was a lifting day and I adjusted for it and at 2300 and later than I had been. Time to return to that routine. Lifting will have to move a little earlier in the evening. It's such a balancing act.
