Restarting my diet from 185.2 I think the red line will help motivate me. Also, Snezica (I think it was) asked about before photos of me, so I've posted 2 befores and one after photo.

I've had the weight largely off for two years now. I'm pretty pleased. I believe it can be done at any age as long as you're consistent.

I saw the pix, my comment is waiting for approval?! Well, that's the reason why you didn't get any responses yet. Good for you for maintaining your weight for 2 years, it's a life long battle.
