At weigh-in on the 7th, i had actually GAINED! seems when I went to the gym on the 6th and beat myself up with a new beginner workout program my body responded with lactic acid (sore muscles), water retention and weight gain!
now I'm back on track and just a bit sore for that experience.
106,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Perdiendo 0,1 kg a la Semana
